Villas at Mallard's Landing Chosen As Site Of 2010 Parade of Homes

Daniel J. Barnaba, President of Eldan Homes, Inc., announced that The Villas at Mallard's Landing, an Eldan Homes community in Manlius, New York, has been picked as the site of the 2010 Parade of Homes.

Eight builders, including Eldan Homes, will be building homes in next year's event. (In a positive sign of things to come, 2 of the 8 builders involved in the event have already sold their Parade homes!) The Parade of Homes runs from September 10 - September 26, and 20,000+ visitors are expected at the event. This is the first Eldan Homes community to host the Parade of Homes, and the first time Eldan will be building a home in the event.
