The housing market is on the up rise and Eldan Homes leads the way.
March was a record sales month! Last month we broke our previous home sales record of 7 home sales in the month of March from 2007, a year when the economy was great and we had our record for total home sales of 58! Home price increases spread to more cities

Home prices rose in more than 40 percent of U.S. cities in the fourth quarter of last year, as massive federal spending
helped boost the housing market. The National Association of Realtors said the median sales price for previously occupied homes rose in 67
out of 151 metropolitan areas in the October-to-December quarter vs. a year earlier. In the third quarter, prices rose in 20 percent of cities.
The national median price was $172,900, or 4.1 percent less than a year earlier. That was the smallest year-over-year price decline in more
than two years. The number of home sales surged in the quarter, hitting a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 6 million, up 27 percent from a year earlier.
